License Agreement

This application, TestPrep Pakistan, including all content, features, software, MCQs, designs, graphics, databases, and educational materials, is licensed and not sold to users. By downloading or using the app, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application for personal and educational purposes only.

1. Permitted Use

Users may:

• Access educational content
• Attempt quizzes and tests
• Use the app for personal learning
• Save progress and bookmarks

2. Restrictions

Users may NOT:

• Copy or redistribute app content
• Sell MCQs or educational materials
• Reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use automated bots or scraping tools
• Re-upload app content on other platforms
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and intellectual property related to the following remain the exclusive property of TestPrep Pakistan and its licensors:

• App design and source code
• Logos and branding
• MCQs and notes
• Databases and educational materials

4. Third-Party Services

The app may include third-party tools or services such as Firebase, Google services, analytics providers, and advertising services. These services are governed by their own licenses and policies.

5. Termination

This license automatically terminates if the user violates any Terms of Service or applicable laws. Upon termination, users must stop using the application immediately.

6. Changes to License

We reserve the right to modify this License Agreement at any time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated license terms.
