Welcome to TestPrep Pakistan. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TestPrep Pakistan mobile application, website, services, features, and content. By accessing or using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms.
TestPrep Pakistan is an educational platform designed to help students prepare for competitive and academic examinations in Pakistan, including LAT, Law GAT, MDCAT, Nursing entry tests, board exams, and other educational assessments. The app provides MCQs, practice tests, notes, quiz systems, progress tracking, and educational analytics.
By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, you have permission from a parent or guardian if required by local law, and you will use the app only for lawful educational purposes.
To access certain features, users may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, be responsible for all activity under your account, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The app is intended solely for educational and learning purposes. We do not guarantee admission in any institution, passing any examination, accuracy of every question or explanation, or official affiliation with testing organizations. Users should independently verify important academic information.
While we strive to provide accurate and updated educational content, some MCQs, explanations, or notes may contain errors, content may change over time, and educational standards and syllabi may update. TestPrep Pakistan is not responsible for examination outcomes, academic decisions made by users, or reliance solely on app content.
Users agree NOT to copy or distribute app content without permission, attempt to hack or exploit the app, upload harmful or illegal material, misuse the testing system, share false information, or use bots, automation, or unauthorized scripts. Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
All app content including logos, branding, MCQs, designs, graphics, code, text, and databases are owned by TestPrep Pakistan or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit app content without written permission.
If users submit feedback, suggestions, reports, or comments, you grant TestPrep Pakistan the right to use, modify, and improve services based on that content without compensation.
Some features may be available through premium subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to applicable pricing. Payments may renew automatically unless canceled. Refund policies depend on the platform provider (Google Play / Apple App Store). Prices may change in the future.
The free version of the app may display advertisements. We may use third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for third-party ad content or external websites.
Some features may work offline after content is downloaded or cached. However, offline access may be limited and some features require internet connectivity.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect account information, usage analytics, device information, and progress data to improve app functionality and user experience.
The app may use third-party services including Firebase, Google services, payment processors, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for interruptions or issues caused by third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestPrep Pakistan shall not be liable for academic losses, examination failure, data loss, service interruptions, technical issues, or indirect or consequential damages. Users use the app at their own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts, remove content, restrict access, and permanently terminate users for violations of these Terms or harmful activity.
We may modify app features, update content, change pricing, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app means acceptance of updated Terms.
We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or uninterrupted access. Maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect the service.
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of the app shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
